どこでもマンカラ（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人が開発・提供する iPhone・iPad 用アプリです。本アプリにおける利用者の情報の取り扱いは次のとおりです。

1. 開発者が収集する情報

本アプリにアカウントの登録はありません。開発者は、本アプリを通じて利用者の個人情報や対局の記録を収集・取得・保管しません（利用者が自らメールで送った内容を除きます）。本アプリには開発者が運営するサーバーはなく、開発者による利用状況の計測（アナリティクス）も行いません。

2. データの保存場所

戦績、ふたり対局で入力した名前、途中の対局、設定は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存します。ふたり対局の名前は任意で、戦績の画面から削除できます。

3. 広告

本アプリは、ホーム画面と結果画面に、Google LLC の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」による画像のバナー広告を表示します。対局中は広告を表示しません。

利用者の興味・関心に合わせた広告（パーソナライズ広告）は使いません。
他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ追跡（トラッキング）の許可は求めません。
広告を表示するために、Google が端末と通信し、IP アドレスや端末の情報などを、広告の配信、表示回数の管理、不正の防止のために扱うことがあります。詳しくは Google のパートナーのサイトやアプリを使用する際の Google によるデータ使用をご覧ください。
欧州など、法令で同意が必要な地域では、同意の画面を表示することがあります。

「広告を消す」を購入すると、広告は表示されなくなり、広告のための通信も行いません。

4. 近くの2台での対戦

「2台で対戦」では、近くにある端末どうしを、Apple の仕組み（ローカルネットワーク・端末どうしの直接の Wi-Fi）で見つけてつなぎます。やり取りするのは、対局の手と盤面、画面に出す仮の名前（例:「あお 75」。端末の名前は使いません）だけで、インターネットには送りません。通信するのは対戦の画面と対局中だけで、相手を探すのは最大60秒です。

5. アプリ内課金

「広告を消す」の購入と購入の復元は、Apple の App Store の仕組みで行います。支払い情報は Apple が扱い、開発者は受け取りません。

6. 要望・お問い合わせ

設定の「要望・バグ報告を送る」「お問い合わせ」は、利用者のメールアプリで開発者あてのメールを作成します。本文には、端末の機種・iOS のバージョン・本アプリのバージョンがあらかじめ入ります（送信前に確認・削除できます）。受け取った内容は、お問い合わせへの回答と不具合の修正にのみ使います。

7. 権限の利用

ローカルネットワーク: 「2台で対戦」で、近くの端末を見つけてつなぐために使います。許可しなくても、2台での対戦以外はすべて遊べます。

位置情報・写真・連絡先・マイク・カメラは使いません。

8. お子様の利用

本アプリは年齢を問わず遊べます。開発者は個人情報を収集しません。広告は全年齢向けの内容に限る設定にしています。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで公開します。

Mancala Anywhere ("the App") is an iPhone and iPad app developed and provided by an individual developer.

1. Information collected by the developer

There is no account. The developer does not collect, receive or store any personal information or game records through the App. The App has no developer-operated server and no developer analytics.

2. Where your data is stored

Game statistics, player names for two-player games (optional, deletable), games in progress and settings are stored only on your device.

3. Ads

The App shows image banner ads from Google AdMob on the home and result screens only (never during play). Ads are non-personalized and the App does not ask for tracking permission. To serve ads, Google may process information such as your IP address and device information for ad delivery, frequency capping and fraud prevention. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Where required by law (e.g. in Europe), a consent form may be shown. After purchasing "Remove Ads", no ads are shown and no ad requests are made.

4. Two-device play

"Play on two devices" finds nearby devices via the local network and peer-to-peer Wi-Fi. Only moves, the board state and a temporary display name (not your device name) are exchanged, and nothing is sent to the internet.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple's App Store; the developer does not receive payment information.

6. Permissions

Local network only (for two-device play). The App does not use location, photos, contacts, microphone or camera.
